I started depending on Petri Electric to take care of our electrical needs when Chase Oaks Church was still called Fellowship Bible Church North and was meeting in its former location. Petri provided good service and was always conscientious in taking care of our electrical needs, So. when we were ready to build our new $16 million, ground up facility. I wanted Petri to do the electrical. I have a peace about working with Petri Electric. Your supervisors are always helpful, and as we've moved into our new facilities, Petri Electric has been the only subcontractor on the project that takes care of warranty items without a hassle. MYCON engaged Petri Elect, prior to completion of the Construction Documents, and they performed an initial phase of construction to relocate the main building utility transformer and provide added infrastructure for the future building and central plant. Petri then came on in a design-assist role and worked through proposed cost saving alternates to help get the electrical budget to an acceptable level. The Petri team worked closely with the Architect, Owner's representative, and MYCON to ensure that all were in agreement and the original design intent was maintained.

I have worked closely with Petri for the past two years on a large, complex project in East Texas. Throughout this association I have found them to be thorough, accommodating, professional and a pleasure to work with. This project has been particularly challenging because of the client's requirements for an extensive security system, a large commercial kitchen and an audio-visual system that has grown during the project from not much more than a speaker’s platform to a 2000-amp complex of speakers, stage lighting and multiple projectors to accommodate almost any kind of performance. Petri Electric has been a valuable asset to this project, and I recommend them without reservation.

Petri is a fantastic electrician that I would highly recommend, I have had two successful projects with the same client while using Petri Electric. They were crucial to both projects’ success. The real benefit to us and the client was the experience and knowledge they retained from the first project. While negotiating the 2nd project it was a must that Petri be on the team. They were able to save the owner costs by forecasting their needs and wants, learned from the previous project.

Petri was a good partner during the pre-con phase of the project. They were flexible and helpful in working with Rogers O; Brien and the design team to coordinate the design with existing conditions and in keeping the project in budget. They demonstrated a great ability doing remodel field investigation, which was a great help to the design team. Petri was a trusted partner in working through complicated changes and they always had a fast turnaround on their pricing. They also performed well in coordinating with other trades.
